Dakhla Aménagement: 10 Years of Industrial Excellence

In 2025, Dakhla Aménagement et Développement celebrates a decade of existence, a decade marked by major advances for the cement industry of Southern Morocco. Founded in 2015 by visionary Mauritanian investors, the company was born from the conviction that the Dakhla region deserved modern cement infrastructure to support its rapid development.

The early years were devoted to the construction of the Lassargua grinding center, an ambitious project that required an investment of several million dirhams. The choice of the site, close to Dakhla and transport routes, was strategic to ensure rapid delivery to construction sites in the region. The official start of production in 2018 marked the beginning of a new era for the local construction sector.

Over the years, Dakhla Aménagement has constantly invested in improving its equipment and processes. The modernization of mills, the installation of advanced filtration systems, and the creation of a high-performance quality laboratory have made it possible to achieve the most demanding standards. Surpassing the 100,000 tonnes of annual capacity is a testament to this continuous growth.

Today, Dakhla Aménagement is much more than a cement producer. It is an actor committed to the economic and social development of the region, with 35 direct jobs and over 350 indirect jobs.
