What is the difference between CPJ 45 and CPJ 55?

CPJ 45 offers a compressive strength of 45 MPa at 28 days, ideal for reinforced concrete, foundations and floor slabs. CPJ 55 offers a superior strength of 55 MPa, recommended for major civil engineering works and large infrastructure projects requiring exceptional performance.

What packaging do you offer?

We offer three packaging options: Bulk (tanker truck delivery with direct silo pumping), 50 kg bags (palletized, 40 bags per pallet) and industrial Big Bags of 1.5 tonnes. Bulk is recommended for large construction sites, offering the best economy and product preservation.

Yes, our volume discounts are: 2% from 10T, 5% from 25T, 8% from 50T, 12% from 100T, and 15% from 500T. Companies receive an additional 3% discount and approved resellers 5%.

What delivery zones do you cover?

We deliver in the Dakhla region and within a 200 km radius: Dakhla City (free), Dakhla Region (+50 DH/T), Southern Morocco (+150 DH/T) and Mauritania (+250 DH/T). Express delivery is available for urgent orders.

What is the delivery timeframe?

The standard delivery timeframe is 24 to 48 hours for Dakhla and its region. For Southern Morocco, allow 3 to 5 days, and 5 to 7 days for Mauritania. Urgent delivery reduces these timeframes by 30 to 50%.

The minimum order is 10 tonnes for bulk and 1 pallet (2 tonnes or 40 bags of 50 kg) for bags. For Big Bags, the minimum order is 1 Big Bag (1.5 tonnes). Special arrangements can be discussed for specific construction sites.

For standard foundations, CPJ 45 (45 MPa) is generally sufficient. For deep foundations or difficult soils, CPJ 55 (55 MPa) is recommended. How to store cement on site?

Accepted Answer

Cement must be protected from moisture, stored on pallets in a covered and ventilated area. The shelf life is approximately 3 months for bagged cement in good conditions. For large quantities, silo storage is recommended. We offer bulk delivery with direct silo filling for optimal quality.

Is CPJ 45 suitable for plastering?

Yes, CPJ 45 is perfectly suited for plastering and standard masonry. Its grinding fineness (≥ 350 m²/kg) ensures good workability and a smooth finish. For exterior plastering in coastal areas, we recommend CPJ 55 for its better resistance to sea spray and increased durability.

Our cements are certified compliant with the Moroccan standard NM 10.1.004 and the European standard EN 197-1. ISO 9001 certification for quality management is in progress. Each batch is tested and accompanied by a certificate of conformity before shipment.

Yes, all our cements are produced in compliance with the NM 10.1.004 standard which defines cement specifications in Morocco, as well as the European standard EN 197-1. Each batch undergoes exhaustive laboratory testing: compressive strength, grinding fineness, setting time and stability.

How is the quality of your products controlled?

Each production batch undergoes rigorous testing in our laboratory: compressive strength at 2, 7 and 28 days, grinding fineness (Blaine surface), setting time, stability and heat of hydration. No product leaves the factory without a certificate of conformity. Our quality approach aims for ISO 9001 certification.
