Dakhla Aménagement et Développement reaches a symbolic milestone: the annual capacity of its Lassargua grinding center now stands at 100,000 tonnes. This step marks the maturity of an industrial facility that has been serving southern Morocco's construction sites since 2015 — a fast-transforming region where demand for building materials keeps growing.
This capacity rests on a mastered process: grinding clinker with gypsum and limestone, in compliance with the Moroccan standard NM 10.1.004. DAM produces two complementary grades — CPJ 45, a versatile binder for everyday works and masonry, and CPJ 55, a high-performance cement for reinforced concrete, slabs and structures demanding higher strength.
One hundred thousand tonnes a year is the raw material of concrete projects: housing, public facilities, port and road infrastructure. This volume lets DAM serve both large-scale sites and the regular supply needs of craft businesses, with delivery included within Dakhla City in 48 hours standard — 24 hours for urgent orders — and across the region under agreed conditions.
This capacity increase comes with a deliberate local footprint: more than 120 clients supported, 35 direct jobs and around 350 indirect jobs generated by logistics, transport and related services. Every tonne ground at Lassargua contributes to the economy of the Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab region.
For companies and project owners in the region, this milestone translates into a simple commitment: reliable supplies, consistent quality and a single point of contact from quote to delivery. Request your free quote to size your CPJ 45 or CPJ 55 requirements — our sales team answers within 24 business hours.
