Bulk packaging represents the most economical and ecological solution for large-scale construction sites. The cement is delivered by tanker truck and pumped directly into storage silos on site, eliminating the costs and waste associated with packaging. This method represents a significant saving on the unit cost of cement.

In terms of logistics, bulk offers considerable advantages. A tanker truck can transport up to 30 tonnes of cement, compared to 26 tonnes in bags. Unloading time is halved: 30 minutes for a bulk truck compared to over an hour for manual unloading of bags. This efficiency translates into smoother construction sites and less labor devoted to handling.

In terms of quality, bulk better preserves the properties of the cement. Unlike bags that are exposed to moisture and repeated handling, cement in silos remains protected from humidity and contamination. The loss of strength due to aging is also reduced, as cement in silos is generally consumed more quickly than a stock of bags.
